We want you to be glad you bought from Thurlex. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at alex@thurlex.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item — in those cases, we cover shipping both ways.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at alex@thurlex.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel or change an order? Contact us as soon as possible — we can only cancel orders that haven't shipped yet.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturing defects covered under the Thurlex warranty are handled separately from returns — see our Warranty page for terms.
