Thurlex Affiliate Program
Share tools built for every kind of day — and earn on every sale you send our way.
Who we are
Thurlex was started by a father and son — Alex and Arthur — pursuing everyday adventure, taking care of family, and building things together instead of buying them new. It's still a family business out of California. The two peaks in our mark are the two of them; the two lights above are the rest of the family. The whole company fits around one table.
We make tools for the ordinary stretch of a day: the drawer, the toolbag, the glovebox, the trailhead. Not one dramatic moment a year — the two hundred small ones. Four models today, from a keychain-sized folder to a 21-tool flagship, each one built to be the tool someone reaches for without thinking about it.
For every kind of day.
Is Thurlex a fit for your audience?
We're a better fit for some sites than others, and it's cheaper for both of us to work that out now.
You cover tools for home and work. Repairs, projects, the garage, the drawer that everything ends up in. Our everyday buyer is at least as important to us as our trail buyer.
You write for people who make and fix things. Trades, DIY, workshop, maker. If your readers own their tools rather than collect them, that's our reader too.
You cover gifting and family life. A good multitool is a hard gift to get wrong, and we're built around family in a way that isn't marketing language for us.
You publish honest verdicts. Including the critical ones. We would rather read a fair three-star review on your site than a five-star one we can't trust — and so would your audience.
Where we're not a fit
Thurlex tools are hand tools, and we talk about them that way. We're not the right partner for sites in the personal-protection, emergency-preparedness, or duty-gear space, and affiliates can't market Thurlex products in that language. It isn't a judgment on those sites — it's simply not what our tools are for.
The rules, in plain language
- Disclose the relationship. Every post, every video, every page carrying a Thurlex link. Clear, hard to miss, before the link — not in a footer. This is federal law, not our preference.
- Don't bid on our brand name in paid search, and don't run ads that look like they're from us.
- Stick to claims we've published. Warranty terms, specifications, country of manufacture — if it isn't on the product page, don't say it.
- Don't post our codes to coupon aggregators.
- Say what you actually think. We don't approve content and we don't want to.
